Fresno County, Calif. – The Fresno Council of Governments is launching Measure C Community Workshops across Fresno County through September. On May 27th and 28th, Reedley and Kingsburg residents will have an opportunity to learn about the impact Measure C funding has made on their communities and share how they would like to see Measure C funding used for future transportation improvements. These community workshops will include dinner, refreshments, language interpretation services and a kids activities table.

“The voices of our residents are not only powerful, they are critical when it comes to determining how their tax dollars are spent,” said Matthew Tuttle, Fresno COG Policy Board Member and City of Reedley Mayor. “We want to be sure all of our residents are served and represented in the draft Measure C Renewal Expenditure Plan. I invite all of our Reedley community members to participate in this workshop and share how you would like to see Measure C funds impact our city and region in the future. We want to hear from you, the residents of Reedley and surrounding areas. Please consider attending to share your thoughts & to hear what Measure C is and its impact on our streets & transportation services.”
