The Steering Committee, composed of representatives from each City and the County, along with at-large residents representing diverse sectors such as business, environmental, cycling, and other community interests, will convene from April to November of 2025. The committee’s task is to develop a draft Expenditure Plan, drawing on briefs from local agencies, feedback gathered from outreach events, and data analyzing the past and potential impacts of Measure C funding. The recommended draft Expenditure Plan will then go to the Fresno Council of Governments (FCOG) Policy Board for review and consideration. The FCOG Policy Board will then review, edit and finalize the Draft Expenditure Plan.
Committee meetings are accessible to the public in-person at the Fresno COG office and are available for listening only via webinar. The committee is facilitated by a third party and has an established agenda linked below under the meeting date. All meetings are recorded and made available for the public to review.
