Fresno County, Calif. – The Fresno Council of Governments is hosting three Measure C Community Workshops. On July 15, 16 and 23, Fresno County residents will have an opportunity to learn about the impact Measure C funding has made on their communities and share how they would like to see Measure C funding used. The in-person community workshops will include dinner, refreshments, language interpretation services, and a kids activities table. The virtual workshop will include language translation in addition to a presentation and community question and answer time.
“Measure C funding has significantly impacted Clovis roads, transit and transportation over the years,” said Vong Mouanoutoua, Fresno COG Policy Board Member and City of Clovis Mayor. “We want our residents to understand how their tax dollars are working and to tell us how they want to see these funds spent going forward. These workshops are an important opportunity for community members to share their priorities for transportation improvements in Clovis and the greater Fresno County region. Join us as we work together to build a Draft Measure C Renewal Expenditure Plan for Fresno County.”
