The Steering Committee, composed of representatives from each City and the County, along with at-large residents representing diverse sectors such as business, environmental, cycling, and other community interests, will convene from April to November of 2025. The committee’s task is to develop a draft Expenditure Plan, drawing on briefs from local agencies, feedback gathered from outreach events, and data analyzing the past and potential impacts of Measure C funding.

Committee meetings are accessible by webinar. They will be facilitated by a third party and will be conducted following an established agenda each week with specific topics. All meetings will be recorded and made available for the public to review.
